Being an Approved Supplier with us can be very financially rewarding, but you must understand that we can only work with RELIABLE and EFFICIENT Suppliers. This means that:
1. You must ALWAYS provide your most recent Credit Card Account Statement to us within 7 Days of the Statement Date. You may cross out all but the last 4 Digits of the Account #, and the Current Balance, Statement Date, and Credit Limit must be clearly visible.
2. You must ALWAYS add Clients to your Credit Card Account(s) within the Add-By Deadline given to you.
3. You must ALWAYS maintain a 10% or lower Balance on your Credit Card Account(s).
4. You must ALWAYS maintain a Perfect Payment History on your Credit Card Account(s).
5. You must NEVER contact our Clients and/or Brokers directly without our express authorization.
6. You must NEVER falsify Screenshot Proofs of Clients being added to your Credit Card Account(s).
7. You must NEVER remove a Client from your Credit Card Account(s) prematurely before the scheduled Remove Date.
8. You must NEVER refuse to remove a Client from your Credit Card Account(s) within 7 Calendar Days after being instructed to do so.
9. You must UNDERSTAND that there can be instances when one of your Credit Card Accounts does not post to a Client’s Credit Report due to no fault of your own. If this happens, the Commission(s) previously paid to you will be reversed so we can assign another Credit Card Account to the Client from another Supplier.
10. You must REMEMBER that:
YOU WILL NEVER BE REQUIRED TO SHARE YOUR PRIVATE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INFORMATION WITH US OR WITH ANYONE. YOUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT INFORMATION REMAINS COMPLETELY PRIVATE AT ALL TIMES.
